Tiia veti meidän projektimme upeasti projektipäällikkönä läpi. Hänen huomioonottava, kiittävä ja kannustava johtamistapansa oli erittäin virkistävää, tinkimättä kuitenkaan siitä jämäkkyydestä saada projekti maaliin määrättyjen tehtävien ja annetun aikataulun puitteissa.
