The California Donor Table and California Donor Table Fund are statewide communities of donors who pool their funds to make investments in communities of color so they have the power and resources they need to elect people who represent their values and their needs and to help govern and hold decision-makers accountable. As the Senior Executive Assistant, I coordinated all operations, including but not limited to calendaring and reimbursements for two executives, helming logistics for board meetings and other gatherings, and overseeing all office needs for a shared suite utilized by CDT and four other social justice organizations. This role required communicating with highly diverse populations including major donors, politicians and candidates, political analysts, grassroots organizers, consultants and vendors.

For nearly a decade, Full Figure Entertainment hosted the Bay's most popular nightlife events for people of size and their fans. Our signature event, Full Figure Friday, was held in Oakland, San Francisco, Phoenix and Las Vegas. In addition to dance parties, FFE sponsored and supported a variety of other size inclusive events such as fashion shows, dance classes and a San Francisco AIDS Walk team. As the owner/creator, I was responsible for event planning, marketing, selection and professional development of promotional models, and guest services.

AsiaSF is a worldfamous transgender cabaret dinnershow, a popular nightclub, and the setting of the 2016 Fuse Network docuseries "Transcendent." The restaurant is considered a San Francisco landmark, and it is one of the city's premier bachelorette party destinations. As Guest Services Manager, I oversaw all dinnershow reservations, including customizing special celebrations. I was soley responsible for overseeing AsiaSF's partnership with Perfect Party Plans (P3SF) for booking bachelorette parties, and I oversaw all internal coordination of special celebration packages. This included scheduling and managing performers, DJs, and party hosts, as well as customizing guest celebrations. I also oversaw the restaurant's database transition to Open Table, including staff training and serving as AsiaSF's technical liaison to OT. During the filming of Transcendent, I provided logistical support for AsiaSF owners and for the production crew from World of Wonder Television.

The College Preparatory is a nationally ranked, academically rigorous independent high school in Oakland, CA. As the Diversity Director, I served as the schools inaugural equity and inclusion officer in a position that had been advocated for by faculty, parents and students for many years. Creating the school's first diversity program included admissions and outreach, faculty recruitment and retention, advising student clubs and activities, mentoring individual students and staff, and creating a freshman diversity curriculum. I created the school's first senior elective in Women's Studies. As a member of the senior administrative team, I worked with all other program directors on the overall governance of the school and worked with the Board of Trustees on strategic planning for the school's future diversity goals. I also grew the school's annual optional diversity lunch and talent show into a full-scale day conference for the entire student body.
