Practice Manager, Ocean Springs Family Medical Clinic For the first two years, I coordinated the front desk for a three doctor practice. I was responsible for eight individuals ranging from medical records to check-in and check-out procedures. I was responsible for training these individuals to maximize efficiency and reduce errors. The latter two years, I was the overall Practice Administrator due to the retirement of the previous manager.
