I had the pleasure of supervising Tiffany as the On-Site Coordinator for Temple University's LeaderShape Institute. The job of the On-Site Coordinator can be a very difficult and taxing job. You must have the ability to see the big picture, the diligence to be detail oriented and the genuine nature to garner respect from your peers and also serve as a mentor to them. There is no doubt that Tifffany succeeded. Tiffany truly made my job both as her supervisor and as her co-coordinator easy. She has an intuitive nature and the instinctual leadership ability that makes her an asset in any situation. She is positive, quick on her feet and intelligent. I think what is most telling about Tiffany's work ethic and ability is the fact that I sought her out when it came time to choose and On-Site Coordinator. Tiffany is an extremely capable young woman and my only complaint is that she has graduated and I cannot have her back as an On-Site Coordinator again next year.
