Tiffany is a best in class Change Management and Organizational Development professional. I’ve had the pleasure to work with her on several projects in the utility space over the years. Specifically, on the implementation of complex engineering tools and organizational restructuring. Tiffany is strategic, executes on plan, and ensures high adoption rates amongst the stakeholders. She radiates positivity and is a joy to work with.

I leveraged Tiffany and Newhouse Consulting to start the discussion around Mental Health and the importance of resilience. The conversation started with an opportunity to discuss expected outcomes, the current culture of the organization I represent, and the best way to leverage content considered best in class, trusted, and a solid vehicle to enable change. Tiffany and her team created a 2 hour program offering for close to 20 participants, and experienced a near perfect survey result related to the content shared. A few highlights, Tiffany is engaging, thoughtful, practices active listening, and has the strong desire for her clients to win at all levels. You will experience an opportunity to meet key members of the Newhouse Team, and quite frankly, they are all skilled, top-tier talent with a client-centered approach. I look forward to the next session with Newhouse Consulting, and recommend others to leverage their large scale capabilities.
