Started with PPR Healthcare as one of only 5 employees and along with the CEO, opened the Travel Division for our organization. We started out in Allied Health and quickly made the transition to nursing once the market started trending downwards. Responsible for all aspects of the Division from housing, payroll, recruiting, benefits administration and developing clients. Once established and realizing most of my strengths were in developing business relationships, transitioned into a full time role as a client account manager. Worked within several territories and managed all the national contracts including Kaiser, All About Staffing, AZHHA, NMHA, NJHA, Broadlane and Nursefinders and averaged over $7mm in generated revenues per year.
