My regular job duties revolve around our large nationwide customers and insurance companies. I am responsible for invoicing, collections, and customer service for these customers. I assist with data entry for the accounts payable department and additional reporting for our operations department, primarily with insurance reports. When the volume of insurance claims increases, I have also helped the call center with making calls for scheduling. I have worked with operations on job sites estimating cars and quality checking as repairs are completed.
