While I worked as an employee under Tiffany, I found her to be a fair manager, expecting only the best out of her employees while also understanding the necessity of a good work/life balance for her team. Tiffany is a warm, bubbly, customer service driven woman who is exceptional with regard to her approaches in sales. She was focused on having a good team and respected everyone around her. I enjoyed working with her immensely before transferring to another nearby store.
