  Tiffany is responsible for planning and executing financial statement audits for sophisticated nonprofit organizations and privately-held commercial companies, including: charter schools, community health centers, higher education institutions, manufacturers & distributors, high tech & software companies. She specializes in audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, Uniform Guidance/Single Audit and Government Auditing Standards, as well as the Massachusetts Uniform Financial Report (UFR). She is responsible for monitoring and reporting regarding the productivity of staff in the field, and adherence to efficient work plan schedules on each assignment. She provides interim updates regarding observations, findings and recommendations to business line and senior management, and facilitates on-going and open communication so there are no surprises. Tiffany is an active member of the firm’s Charter School and Healthcare practices, and Nonprofit Accounting & Auditing Sub-Committee, contributing to discussions regarding Federal and state regulations, assessing financial risks unique to nonprofits, and optimizing financial resources to further mission impact. She is a mentor and career coach, and an in-house trainer for entry-level, first and second-year staff on a variety of topics, providing insights to improve knowledge, skills and attitude to be more effective and efficient in providing assurance solutions. Tiffany is a member of AAF's Women’s Opportunity Network and a past winner of AAFCPAs’ peer-nominated Excellence in Client Service award, which recognizes and rewards exceptional effort, and those who exemplify AAF’s core values. She has earned her CPA certification, as well as a Master’s of Business Administration from Assumption College, both during 2016. She has been serving AAFCPAs’ clients since 2011.
