Few people have the opportunity to report to a manger who is also a coach and a mentor, but I was lucky enough to when I worked with Tiffany at UnitedAg. Tiffany wore many hats within the organization. We worked closely on digital communications, from weekly and quarterly news sources to creative content for health initiative projects. Tiffany has strong interpersonal skills and works with an analytical mind. She is not only a strong writer and skilled graphic designer, but also a fantastic project manager. Tiffany was the lead project manager for our monthly webinars, marketing campaigns, and digital ads. Her ability to juggle multiple projects was immaculate and made a dramatic difference in the productivity level of our team. Any company would benefit from hiring Tiffany.

Working with Tiffany has been one of my greatest joys at UnitedAg over the last few years! Tiffany and I worked closely on marketing strategy, monthly webinars, and resource development for communications. Her work was integral to ensuring that our bilingual membership was well-informed around the pandemic and we received overwhelmingly positive feedback on the communication, especially during times of uncertainty. For the webinars, she did everything from creating engaging content to growing the audience and facilitating the presentations. In addition, she did a tremendous job elevating UnitedAg's industry presence overall. Tiffany is highly creative, sharp, an excellent communicator, and a team player.

Tiffany’s a superstar. I hired her in 2014 to handle PR and marketing for the L.A. Conservancy, the region’s leading historic preservation organization. I knew instantly that I’d made the right choice. She always had innovative ideas for engaging various audiences and promoting our brand—from mobilizing votes in a nationwide funding campaign to rejuvenating our merchandise program. Her top-notch organizational skills ensured that whatever she took on, she got done—on time and up to our high standards. She was also a joy to work with—enthusiastic, driven, always wanting to learn more and use what she learned to advance our mission.
