Did you ever know immediately during an interview that you wanted to hire someone? That's exactly what I found when interviewing Tiffany for a TRUA (Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance) Client Coordinator position at Del Norte Neighborhood Development Corporation. What impressed me from her resume was the sheer amount of work she had put towards community empowerment, and I discovered in her interview and through working with her that she truly has a heart for helping others. She was a fantastic trainee who learned our procedures and associated applications in no time, and she was always pleasant and helpful to staff and clients alike. While at Del Norte, she passed her HUD exam and became a certified Housing Counselor. Any non-profit working in the housing sector (or any organization, for that matter) would be lucky to add Tiffany to their team.
