Upon arriving at Milgard Windows, I identified in Tiffany a passion for the customer experience, and a commitment to the company and culture. I tapped her to lead the Dealer service initiative, and asked her to become the liaison for the Dealers. Quickly she was able to improve the responsiveness to the dealers to an exemplary level. Many of the Dealers have taken the time to provide positive acknowledgement of her work, expressing satisfaction of her partnership with them. The company Sales Reps have voiced their appreciation of her participation in the process and have confidence that when they involve her, that their customer's concerns will be addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Tiffany works well alone or with a team, needs little supervision, and is open to criticism. She has been a joy to work with.
