Responsible for ensuring that all meetings and election processes follow Robert’s Rules of Order, maintaining ballot security and voter integrity. Manage bid processes, review quotes and make sound recommendations accordingly to the BOD. Ensure that A/P invoices are submitted and authorize payments as scheduled.
