  As part of the company shareholders and appointed as the executive director for the valuation division, my responsibilities include overseeing the valuation business lines, liaising closely with corporate clients and banks for property valuation related to financing, M&A, disposals / acquisitions, tax, accounting and financial reporting standards. We are panel valuers to local and foreign banks in Malaysia. We also handles valuation assignments for submission to Securities Commission, IPO and etc.
