I had the pleasure of working around and alongside Tiffany for a number of years at Vasa Fitness. She is caring, passionate, and always highly engaged. She is willing to step up to the plate and accomplish what needs to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of who's job it should be to fix it. She has incredible people skills and you can't help but like her. Her way with people is best put in context in the fact that when we used to travel to other states to help clubs, as soon as we walked in the door, all the employees would join in chanting her name and cheering in excitement that she was there! She is great with operations and a wiz at developing playbooks and SOP's that are understandable and easy to execute. I believe that her skills set is transferable to any industry, or career path she chooses to follow and i would highly recommend her.
