I worked with Tiffany on a reaccreditation project she managed that was critical to the college renewing its master's program. This project was incredibly complex, work-intensive, and involved a lot of moving parts and people, and Tiffany managed it extremely well. In working with her, I also found her to be a joy to work with, cheerful to be around, and one who took the time to let you know how much she appreciated your efforts. This is definitely an attribute I appreciate in a manager or leader. I would happily work with her on any project in the future and would gladly recommend her as a professor, a manager, or a mentor.
