I had the pleasure of working on many projects with Tiffany - She was instrumental in setting up new processes at Nordstrom including an account transfer process. She is very organized and will go above and beyond to make sure every project and team she works on is successful. She has also taken on extra work to validate new processes which often meant long hours, signing on late at night or over weekends. She is very thorough in her documentation and takes the time to make sure everyone understands what is happening. Tiffany became a main resource for me and my team. If she did not know the answer right away, she always knew where to go to get the right answer and the documenation to support her recommendations.
