In May 2022 the structure of CCTC's COVID-19 Response shifted to a regional approach to become more efficient and sustainable. We plan to help counties across the state find long-term solutions to implementing infectious disease control measures. I now work with a team of three other Team Leads to manage 46 staff members across 11 counties. These staff members consist of case investigators, contact tracers and vaccine support, both in-person and remote.

During October 2021, I organized vaccine events for various counties and also stepped in as the co-team lead for Robeson County Health Department. By November 2021 I had moved on to lead the Sampson County team full-time. I lead a specialized team of 20 case investigators, contact tracers and vaccine support staff, both in-person and remote. I assisted Sampson County with their COVID response until May of 2022.
