As a result of immense growth, this role was founded upon the primary purpose of facilitating current qualified leads and manage incoming customer queries through:o Business Development Calls (Cold Calls) to increase brand recognition and craft lasting relationships.o Managing the Online Chat Function, providing support, guidance and managing client expectations.o Inbound phone calls and coordinating Showroom Appointments.• Working within established guidelines, particularly with sales process, accurate record keeping and “follow ups”, demonstrated through:o Maintaining a clean & tidy CRM database (PipeDrive).o Settling daily reminders and activities to be completed.• Managing client expectations through:o Assisting clients in colour selection, providing knowledge and solutions to clients when discussing their flooring design aspirations. o The generation of quotations based upon this selection process.o Having a yearly target of 4 large events and weekly “Lunch & Learns”, it was pivotal to ensure all elements of the event was pre-organised and easily organised on the actual day. This required adaptable management and planning as each event targeted a different key market (ie builders vs designers vs architects vs the end client). Superior planning and organisation had allowed me to plan 22 weeks of L&Ls prior to COVID.• Maintaining a clean and reputable Showroom for visitors and provided an unparalleled experience tailored solely to their needs and the scope of their project in a friendly and approachable manner.
