Tierra, was such a positive person to work with. She works well with others and her positive attitude is truly an asset to any team.

Stephanie Tomlinson

Tierra is an excellent professional in student affairs and genuinely cares about all students. She supervised the Resident Assistant Staff and did an excellent job of addressing all their holistic needs, not just things related to the job. She would get to know them and invest in their lives so they knew she was always there for them. She was an excellent supervisor and would even lead our team in development activities so we could be more efficient and effective. Tierra is also a consensus worker who has a sense of responsibility that far exceeds any expectations you would have of her. She has an internal drive to be the best and this is reflected in work. Overall, Tierra is solution oriented and maintains a constant positive demeanor. She is a pleasure to work with and given the chance I'd hire her for any position.
