Having only ever worked together virtually as a result of Covid, she has made such a positive impact in the growth of the Westminster Working Cultures (WWC) UK programme at the University of Westminster. In addition, she was instrumental in the launch and growth of the WWC mentoring ambassador programme which has greatly influenced the way we hope to launch our student Mentoring Ambassador pilot. Tierney has a natural innovative flair, kind and collaborative at heart, has amazing project management skills and is a wizard at excel.
