  Originally hired as an Instructional Aide as COVID-19 restrictions began to loosen, I spent much of my time making sure the school's transition back to in-person learning was as smooth as possible. Performing duties such as aiding teacher's with their lessons, providing one on one support to students to track their progress, and assisting with the administration of standardized testing such as MAP Testing and Title III. As the year went on, the administration of the school recognized that I had an interest and focus in technology, and began to transition me into a more IT role. Show less
