• Joined the team which developed the world record-breaking 47.6% efficiency multi-junction III-V solar cell with concentrator. • Produced samples of quick processed III-V solar cell which can reduce the growth-to-feedback time from 1 month or more to under 1 day. • Established solutions to minimize as well as systematize the deviation between standard processed cells and quick processed cells. Fraunhofer ISE, with a staff of around 1400, is the largest solar research institute in Europe. The institute is one of the very few ISO/IEC 17025 certified labs in the world with proven proficiency through >20 years of intercomparisons for any PV cell design or technology. Show less
