  Establish and maintain computerized material spare parts inventory control system by occasionally appraising minimum and maximum stock levels in accordance to company’s inventory control guideline. • Control and maintain field stock item value, field critical stock items and non movement items. • Coordinate and review with Maintenance/Production Dept. to create new stock items for field operation. • Attain information on material spare parts movements and requisitions between onshore and offshore warehouse locations on a daily basis to ensure inventory records are updated and accurate • Provide information on material spare parts on a daily basis to other departments as required. • Check material specifications and manifest upon receipt and distribute them to requisitioners as appropriate. • Perform periodical price comparisons between substitute products in accordance with the company’s cost saving and quality control procedures. • Perform periodical checks on requisitions’ status for all concerned departments and to up-grade their priorities as appropriate • Produce reports for monthly budget tracking, monthly expense report, field stock holding value report and field stock movement report. • Coordinate with Crane Operator to organize the shipping manifest for outbound field material transfers • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned • Practice teamwork within his own work group and with other groups at his facility to improve overall work efficiency and facility safety • Actively pursue knowledge of and experience with new equipment and facilities and improved technology, including all new computer software applications. • Set a personal example in safety, workmanship, punctuality, good housekeeping and positive work ethic for all co-workers. • Comply with the company’s Health, Environmental Protection and Safety policies and procedures • Maintain contacts with offices in regards to purchasing, requisitions, and shipping inquiries.
