Make monthly menu's for Indepentant Living Lunch, Dinner & Speciality Theme Cuisine. Every Tuesday me & My Dining Room Manager (Meredith) came up with a Taste of Tuesday this is a special theme dinner with a cocktail from different Countries. The purpose was to cute back on the food budget & also make Residents Happy. Also I'm in charge of inputting invoices, truck order for my side educating cooks on recipes & Baking.
