  Uni-Italia Association is an Italian public organisation jointly founded by the Italian government and multiple Italian universities. All students applying to Italian universities are required to submit registration documents to Uni-Italia as a necessary procedure before obtaining their visa. My duty was: examining and categorising the registration documents; communicating with the Italian Embassy on student policy. I was proved to be a very diligent and collaborative member of the team, with a logical mind and attention to detail. Together with colleagues, we developed a highly efficient working process, therefore the registration processing time in our branch was the shortest among all branches in China in the 2019 academic application season.   The Preparatory Training Department of Beijing Language and Culture University provides language courses for Chinese students who are going to study abroad. My duty was: assigning and correcting writing works of students of Italian language training course; giving them helps and advice on travelling, living in Italy and bureaucratic issues (such as Visas, contacts with University Offices). As my first working experience, I learnt how to listen to others carefully and give appropriate advice to them.
