  The Spanish Journal of Agrosocial and Fisheries Studies (“Revista Española de Estudios Agrosociales y Pesqueros”) publishes scientific and research articles in the area of agriculture and rural territories. The journal deals with issues of economics, sociology and agricultural policy, analysis of the agri-food system and food problems, rural development processes and policies, as well as the problems of natural resources, with special attention to forestry resources and fisheries resources and policies. The journal is included in the list of excellent journals that have the FECYT (Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology) Quality Seal, having passed the voluntary process of scientific quality evaluation. It is currently indexed in LATINDEX, ISOC, WAERSA, AGECONCD and AGRIS. According to the Integrated Classification of Spanish Scientific Journals CIRC: [B] Group B (Indexed in the first quartile according to the average number of citations in any of the categories of the Impact Index of Spanish social science journals). The Journal has an Advisory Board (which I joined in 2022) constituted by a group of professionals and academics from the different social sciences who have collaborated with the Journal at various stages and are periodically consulted on its activities, editorial line and development.
