The training consists on learning the skills needed to work for the team, for example: learning how to work with ALTIUM, the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Layout Designer used by the team or working with microchip's dsPIC series. My recruitment's project consisted on conceiving and designing a component called PDU (Power Distribuition Unit) for the next year's prototype racing car, FST11.
