Hands down Thy is among my most trusted staff that I have had the opportunity to work with. I worked with Thy in different capacities both as her manager for the general HR work at Digital Storm Company and for the executive search work during her part time engagement with Janus Executive Search. In her roles as HR Manager or as my Executive Search Assistant, Thy has always shown her diligence, eagerness to learn and do new things.
