I am in charge for bakery section for Westin and Le Meridian mina seyahi At the moment I am having a team of 8 chefs who are reporting directly to me. Im reporting directly to the Executive pastry Chef and Executive chef ,For bakery Kitchen location in Le meridian mina seyahi we are producing bread for the all day dining restaurant and all the complex ,with up to 1200 Covers a day including Friday brunches with up to 1000pax, as well we produce bread for the club executive Lounge the Lobby Lounge and any BQT Events. we are prepare breakfast pastry B/F for both hotel with up to 1000coves for day and Lobby Lounge we sailing croissant ,Danish,muffin and we a given bread for market & platters. For the BQT Kitchen we are working fully for the whole entire Complex with 7 Meeting Rooms, Ballroom with up to 400 Seating’s several Terraces, Beaches where we are holding Events. Show less
