We started small, as a social enterprise working to organize events in the local community; I was responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of business projects to raise multi cultural and inter faith awareness in the local community, in line with the goals of the social enterprise. I planned and organized cultural events, and designed and managed educational programmes in music and literature, to be delivered in schools of different grades. I oversaw all the operational aspects of every project I managed, including marketing, logistics and resourcing/recruiting professionals whose contribution determined the success of the programmes.
