"Team player with an eye for detail" is the phrase that comes to my mind when I think of Thrinath. Joined as a fresher in 2018 and evolved as an amazing frontend developer. We both worked together for more than 3 years. In this stint of 3 years Thrinath was instrumental in contributing to some of the most critical Frontend features in our product. He also has good awareness on design patterns. Besides having a good skill set of different frontend technologies and libraries like HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, styled components etc what stands out is Thrinath's exposure to CRM domain. Also his knowledge and expertise on web accessibility is something which is a very good add-on. Thrinath is also well known amongst my team members as one with great collaborative skills, he is very easily approachable and he has the ability of making a complete stranger also very comfortable with in the team. He is the main motivational factor for entire team to come to office when we started off with a Hybrid working culture, since he left the team, the outing events are not the same, we still miss him and the entire team still remembers him during our team lunch or outing :-) Thrinath earns my highest recommendation as a thoughtful individual with great collaborative skills.
