Prakash and I worked together at COMSYS on the Java development team responsible for our company's consultant management system. Due to our team's implementation of the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, we were able to pair on countless tasks and I experienced first-hand his development and leadership abilities. Prakash has always shown a focused and professional attitude towards his work and with his team members. He is able to work with any and all members of the team, as well as take a lead role on project tasks and design phases. His acute attention to detail has earned him the respect and admiration of not only his fellow developers, but also with the client. At the time that I joined the team, I was still new to Java development, and though I had extensive experience in development in other technologies, Prakash was very amenable to tutoring me on the IDE (CodeWarrior), our custom framework, and on the Java libraries.
