  I currently am working out my redundancy as the business moves forward. I have been with Pilkington Australia then CSR Viridian for 281/2 years and have enjoyed learning throughout my time here. I started in windscreens moved to retail sales then finally to our wholesale division at Tingalpa. Along this path I have collected many skills. At my current location I have worked through sales, despatch and production when I was asked to apply for the position of Toughening Manager and held this position for over 8 years. I was given the Return to Work Coordinators position which I currently hold. After successfully completing my Cert 4 in Frontline Management I was moved to the position of Assistance to The Operations Manager and WHS Manager. After a short period of time I was given WHSE and Training Coordinator for Tingalpa. After another company merge I was then given Training Coordinator assisting with WHS duties while maintaining. RRTWC status. I have enjoyed a wide and varied time and have attained a diverse skills set which I am grateful for. Show less
