  Primary projects included designing a manufacturable one-ton press used in die-cutting dermis, assembling 7-ton and 60-ton presses, and constructed preliminary designs for R&D expansion projects. Worked directly under the Vice President of Product Innovation at BioCut Systems as well as provided assistance to product innovation team.

  Worked directly with engineers to keep production and facilities moving. Projects entailed purchasing components and executing shutdown routines, building walls, running ethernet cable, creating and editing floor plan layouts, repairing equipment and installing safety equipment. Gained insightful experience with working in a large organization, professional communication skills, and team-oriented practices in the context of an engineering organization.

• Skilled Laborer

  As a skilled laborer I performed many tasks including wiring, framing, concrete prep, hydronic heat installation, water drainage installation, staining, finish work and heavy machinery use. Wiring projects included CAT-5, CAT-6, outdoor lighting, indoor lighting, central vac and thermostat wiring. Framing and concrete work included theatre building, outdoor doc building, floor leveling/ tamping and rebar cutting/ installation.
