Goal: Ensure that our customers recieve a best in class Fitness experience when entering one of our +180 locations in Denmark. - Development and operationalization of strategic and tactical initiatives with the management team - Supervise and follow up on implementation of business plans, workflows, policies and strategic initiatives and of course economic performance. - Developing economic forecasts and budgets for the year with my team in collaboration with Finance, Business Development and Business Insights teams. - Development and operationalization of all processes and tools across functions in our Gyms and on HQ-level, ensuring to meet og exceed performance objectives. - Track performance across all business units and parameters, ensuring profitablity goals and other KPI's are met - Developed a 'bottom performance' tool, to focus on our bottom performers to lift the general CSAT across the estate - Developed a Operations Improvement Process Tool, to ensure that we continuously evaluate our brand standards and exceed customer satisfaction - Overall responsibility of all Field Staff functions & HQ Operations Department - Overall responsibility of Facility Management , Corporate Risk, Compliance, Safety & Security - Overall responsibility of Group Fitness & Personal Training - performance on economic, business growth and customer satisfaction - Overall responsibility of Development, Construction & Design - construction quality, interior design, refurbishment budgets, People reporting to me in this role: 2x Head of Field Operations 1x Central Operations Manager 1x Head of Group Fitness 1x Head of Personal Training 1x Head of Facility, Compliance, Safety & Security 1x Head of Development, Construction & Interior Design

On a daily basis the department is the link between Operations and the other head-office department, such as marketing, comms and IT. The position is very diverse, as it combines both the strategic leadership level in close cooperation with the Field Service Manager and the Operations Director, but also contains a huge amount of nitty-gritty details in a operations-founded organisation (with a high level of LEAN principles). Thus the job contains anything from strategic planning, to scoping, designing and deploying new strategic projects that will enable our restaurants to give our customers an even better experience in the future, but also supporting and ensuring that the operational foundation is maintained, so that the restaurants get the right support from the system (e.g. training materials and operational procedures). So to sum it up, the Operations Support Department is basically involved in anything that influences the restaurants - anything from a new ketchup dispenser to driving strategic projects across the country to ensure that we continue to evolve our business and operational foundation.
