Monitoring industry developments and economic trends to determine impacts and implications on the e-Channel product strategy 10. Reporting and presenting ad-hoc analysis to support future e-Channel planning and strategic goals 11. Initiating special/ad-hoc reviews and projects at the request of management 12.
