      Since 2006, Nextcom has provided a cloud-based CRM system that optimizes sales and customer care processes as a "stand alone" system or as an "add-on" to existing CRM systems such as Oracle Siebel, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics o.l. Nextcom CRM is currently used by several large and reputable companies in Norway, such as Tryg Forsikring, Fortum, Norges Energi, Hafslund, ICE, Phonero and Kraft Bank, which significantly increased efficiency, sales and customer satisfaction. In addition, we have developed a user interface that is intuitive and easy to use with no training before use. Nextcom can be used as an "add-on" to several financial systems such as Tripletex. All you need to do is enter your customer key when logging in to Nextcom for the first time. All significant data in the financial system will automatically be imported into Nextcom such as. employees, suppliers, products, prices, customers, invoices etc. so that Nextcom CRM is ready for production.
