As part of the LAB Troubleshoot team I am responsible for the Metrology competency. Our team is responsible for the technical aspects of the introduction of new products in the Deep-UV Factory of ASML. This starts with taking part in design reviews and risk inventory during the early stages of development. During the Proto/Pilot phase of a new product, I act as Technical Support in order to ensure progress and design verification. On top of this, performance validation is done by stress testing the new designs in 'bad weather' scenarios.
