I had the pleasure of working with Tom for almost a year when I managed the Corporate Pensions Team at Carey Pensions. Tom is a highly motivated young man, professional and mature beyond his years. He remains positive and focussed, even during periods of high pressure. During a rapid period of business growth, Tom became one of my trusted 'go to' senior team members who helped with the development and training of new members of the team, as well as overseeing and maintaining key client relationships.
