  I implemented sustainable systems of collaborative practice, including K12 curriculum action teams, a 5-year curriculum review cycle, and learning focused teams to transform the curriculum, teaching, and learning culture. I established curriculum action teams for all content areas K12 to review US curriculum standards, K12 scope and sequence mapping, and analysis of formative and summative assessments, external data, and teaching and learning practices to ensure alignment and cross-curricular connections, with the target of preparing students for both the American and IBDP diploma. At present, I have led successful Phase 1 reviews for K12 Mathematics, Science, and Physical Education. By 2025, we will have created coherency in our curriculum in every content area. Partnering with the middle and high school leadership and department heads, I implemented coherent Standards Based Learning practices. With support from Emily Rinkema and Stan Williams, consultants and authors of Standards Based Classroom: Make Learning the Goal, I developed a coherent standards-based learning system for all courses in the middle and econdary school, articulating all department and course level belief statements, course progressions, KUDs, Power Standards, Learning Targets, and Learning Scales across all curriculum standards to promote deeper learning practices.
