It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom at APEX. He was an instrumental part of the organization contributing to several key initiatives including a major ERP transition. Tom was the lead in transitioning the company from QuickBooks to NetSuite. His ability to craft a well organized SOP document mapping processes to ensure a smooth transition and retain adequate recording keeping was very crucial. Tom brought a level of formality to APEX that was much needed within operations and we could always rely on him to navigate any ERP and Network issues that came up. Tom managed our network and kept everything running smoothly. I always appreciate Tom’s ability to train staff and communicate well. Tom is a big value add to any organization he joins.

Tom joined Allegro and was handed some very challenging management problems to solve. He did an exceptional job of figuring out how to provide 24x7 support without sacrificing his employees. In fact, he improved employee morale. In addition, whenever I was faced with a very difficult customer situation, Tom was always available and willing to help in whatever way he could, whenever it was needed. There were many times when that help was invaluable. I enjoyed working with Tom as well.
