Internship at the Township of Bornem (population of 21.000). I spent 9 weeks researching different options to improve and optimise the customer experience at the town hall and figuring out possible service delivery concepts. During this project, I visited several other townships and cities to gather best practices, but I made sure to keep the uniqueness and requirements of Bornem in mind. It was an exercise which required talking to the management team about their requirements and demands, while keeping a good relationship with the other personnel and reassuring them that their worries were relevant and taken into account in my final proposal. I finished this internship with a presentation of my results and q&a for the whole staff. Show less
