  As the lead developer at Freedrum, I am responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of the Freedrum Studio app. I have written the app from the ground up, and it is available on mobile and desktop platforms. The app handles the connection with virtual drumsticks and electronic drum kits. My team and I also create and maintain a subscription-based service that provides drumming courses and a "play along" feature. My responsibilities include implementing new features and functionality, and improving conversion, retention, and engagement, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable user experience for our users. I use Flutter, written in Dart, and the audio framework JUCE, written in C++, to develop and maintain the app. Through my work at Freedrum, I have gained valuable experience in leading a team, developing and maintaining a complex app that requires a high level of integration with hardware and audio processing, and driving growth through iterative development.
