This project is a contract between Blackfoot and Supairvision for Wind Turbine Inspection by drones, which I joined as a contractor and continued as a Blackfoot employee. We used a Lidar to regulate the position of the drone around the wind turbine, automatically taking pictures and taking into account the pilot's commands. My role in this project included : - Setting up a Robotics Simulation Environment - Architecturing and writing the flight software - Testing, validating and maintaining it on the physical drones - Customer relationship for delivery and feedback Show less

    • Engineering study for quadcopter position control using ardupilot
      • Nov 2014 - Sep 2015

We developed a solution for stabilizing a drone in front of a wall using Optical Flow and distance sensing. It was developped in C++ by modifying the Open-Source Ardupilot codebase. This project was conducted through the Spot Bouygues for the needs of Bouygues Energies & Services. Skills obtained: Aerial drones dynamics, ardupilot codebase, automation and position control, NuttX real-time operating system, general knowledge about drones. • Teaching Assistant "Astek"
      • Sep 2014 - Feb 2015

My role as an Astek mainly teaching programming basics, C language, assembly language and general low-level programming to first and second year students. This includes giving lessons and technical support during practical works, as well as evaluating student's projects. Since Epitech's teaching method is based on projects, those projects represent the main part of their scholarship. • Research Intern
      • Jun 2012 - Aug 2012

Research internship at Isotrace Laboratory Subject: Development of an ion-gas reaction cell for Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS). It consisted on participating in the design of a gas reaction cell which purpose was to separate isobaric atoms and molecules present in an ion beam with a chemical ion-gas reaction. The beam was part of a mass spectrometer and was then passed to the particle accelerator.
