I had the opportunity to work with Thomas in 2015 during the Dome of Visions project where he had the role of project manager and I was employed as an architect, as a result of a student competition that he played a key role in creating. I had the pleasure of working along side Thomas also as a presenter during different Dome of Visions events, where he always made sure to elevate team spirit and calm down the presentation nerves of his coleagues. His energy and good disposition never go unnoticed, neither does his analytical and strategic thinking. Thomas has been a constant inspiration during the time we have worked toghether and I hope I get the chance to work with him again in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Bergfeldt on the Dome of Visions project, where he had the role of project manager and I had the role of design manager. Throughout the duration of this educational and demanding project he was the key player in driving the project forward. Of his many qualities, I was most impressed by his dedication and the ability to inspire those around him. Skill set makes him suitable for a variety of roles, and different responsibilities.       Under my leadership NCC Construction Sweden went from a volume of 6% to 37% turnover in partnering projects, representing an order intake of 8 505 MSEK. Also with clearly higher customer satisfaction and profitability compared with other external projects. See attached link below.Partnering is a structured form of cooperation and business in the construction industry, where developers, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders can jointly resolve construction issues. The whole concept is based on a trusted partnership, where everyone plays with open cards and where people's professional skills complement each other throughout all stages of the planning and construction process. As the person responsible for this function, I had the financial and operational responsibility for NCC Partnering Sweden centrally and for strategies for marketing efforts, customer development, sales materials, contractual arrangements, and remuneration, incentive and bonus models. The group also provides process support, workshop structure and tools for team development and facilitation in the projects in order to ensure an efficient process. This responsibility included holding courses on partnering (increased collaboration), compiling lessons learned, disseminating reference information and speaking at seminars. I was also responsible for competitor analysis, competitive intelligence and industry influence. I was also a member of a Nordic Council (NPC) that focuses on collaboration issues and strategic planning at the Nordic level regarding partnering (business and process).
