• Duties include writing and executing test cases for web sites and email blasts, as well as for trade show touch screen apps for various biotech/medical/pharmaceutical companies on desktop and mobile devices. Bug tracking done in JIRA with some automation using Selenium WebDriver and Backstop JS.



• Wrote test plans, created test cases based on test plans and executed test cases for web sites and email blasts for biotech/medical/pharmaceutical companies on desktop and mobile devices. Also developed automation tools for use in testing and gathering information from web sites as well as for making testing more efficient. Additional duties included content management in Sitecore and WordPress. Tools used include Selenium WebDriver and JIRA.



• Lone QA Analyst at Questus that tested web site content and functionality in a variety of desktop and mobile browsers and devices. Created and implemented test plans and developed test processes. Full end to end test cycles done on VIOC and Driscoll's web sites, as well as micro sites for Suzuki. Also tested mobile apps, verified back end functionality, and load testing. Additional duties include proofreading creative decks, wireframes and proposals, rebuilding the Suzuki RM-Z micro site as a responsive website with bootstrap, content management with Sitecore, and developing email blasts in html and css for Universal Orlando. Built a front end interface for entering formatted tasks into Asana. Also built a reader and writer for comma delimited files in java and used it in conjunction with Selenium to automate testing of forms. Tools used include Asana, JMeter, Selenium. Show less



• Duties included creating and implementing test plans for a wide range of digital marketing applications for various pharmaceutical companies including Abbott, Gilead and Janssen. Worked closely with engineers and product managers to complete software lifecycles in three month intervals. Platforms tested include Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android. Tested mobile apps, desktop applications as well as web sites. Implemented automation testing on supported web sites using Selenium IDE. Tools used include Bugzilla, JIRA and Basecamp. Show less

Verified documents for submission to NSTL, creating test plans and test cases, and managing a test teams. Led test teams for porting several titles in J2ME, BREW and Android including World Series of Poker, Guitar Hero 5 Mobile, Contract Killer, and Contract Killer: Zombies. Also, maintained and updated JAD testing tool for the test team. Led initial iPhone testing, including creating a universal test plan for the handset.
