  Over the course of 13 years, I was involved with dozens of successful solution implementations with clients in several different sectors.   I was one of two project managers / software architects helping to manage the new Future Electronics Advanced Technologies Department under the supervision of the Director. I helped oversee the design and implementation of several new platforms and tools on Windows application infrastructure to enable more competitive sales strategies by the business teams. Co-leading a team of only about 15 for a company of thousands, performed all manner of tasks: project management, software architecture, DB design, Windows development, etc.

  Worked for Scotia Bank (formerly Montreal Trust) in their Stock Transfer systems group, leading a project to provide a client-server front-end to the existing mainframe stock transfer systems. Did complete application rollout, including the project management, application architecture, training and deployment. With a competent functional analyst, I was able to bring the project to successful completion where many other projects from the same program were cancelled.
