      I enlisted as an IT in the US Navy and reached the rank of Petty Officer Third Class. In this role I worked at a help desk dealing with customer service related issues, basic hardware trouble shooting, managed E-mail message traffic over Microsoft Outlook for private mail servers and managed inventory assets for the command. I also used Active Directory to manage user accounts and group access and submitted trouble tickets in the event that a problem needed to be escalated to a higher authority.
