- Engineering a pressure fed liquid propelled rocket, with hopes of breaking the collegiate altitude record of 20,000 ft for a rocket that is propelled by liquid methane and liquid oxygenWork on Current Rocket:- Developing a bleed valve actuation system to vent pressure in case of an emergencyWork on Upcoming Rocket:- Designing a pintle injector for our next rocket. We have finalized our designs and are now in the prototyping and testing phase

- Engineering a pressure-fed methalox liquid rocket to produce 1000 pounds of thrust and break collegiate altitude record; previously achieved a static horizontal test fire and proposing a launch of the completed rocket in Spring 2022- Obtained rocket engine plumbing technical skills such as taping fittings and cutting, deburring, and swaging metal tubing to create custom tubes for use in the rocket’s vertical plumbing assemblyConducted and documented tests on propulsion components such as propellant tank burst tests and engine injector flow tests to prepare the plumbing assembly for our upcoming vertical test fire and launch- Document and assist the construction of crucial components for the engine system: including the MVAS (Main Valve Actuator System) the showerhead injector, and the vertical plumbing assembly for a vertical test fire- Expanded our outreach through industry engagement for team sponsorship and mentorship workshops and by utilizing social media to record rocket production progress and build a community

We are conducting detonation research for applications in rotating detonation engines. Personally, I have designed and built the gas preparation system, a system of pipes, nozzles, and valves that will mix gases together prior to entering the detonation chamber.
